Captain Jackson's Colonial Bohea

Captain Jackson's Colonial Bohea

  • 1495

Bohea pronounced "boo-hee" is a black tea with a rich smokey flavor. Bohea was so popular in colonial times it often became interchangeable with the word tea. This tea tin contains 3 ounces of loose black tea.  The back of the tin displays information about Captain Newark Jackson, a colonial merchant and member of The Old North Church and namesake for our historic chocolate shop.
